DESCRIPTION:Instructor: Tom Crochunis Cost: FREE Ages: 13 - 18 In this summer workshop series\, we will explore writing pieces for theatre\, poetry performance\, and oral storytelling a variety of forms with public presentation in mind. In most sessions\, sustained periods of writing will be a major focus. In addition to writing alongside each other\, there will also be active sharing\, collaboration\, feedback\, and presentation to the group of drafted creative work. The series will conclude with a Saturday\, July 30\, public sharing event for participants\, friends\, family\, and interested community members. We will also discuss a variety of opportunities beyond the workshop to share work both live and in print.
