2nd Annual Live Laugh Love 5K Run/Walk

In honor and memory of Amanda Strous, our #22.
Proceeds of the race will be donated to the Amanda Strous Flyhigh22 Foundation. 

Amanda Kay Strous was a daughter, sister, fianceé, friend, teammate, colleague, student, coach, counselor, mentor, and so much more to the people who knew her. Amanda touched the lives of everyone she met. Amanda embodied life, laughter, and love. The means by which you knew Amanda may vary, but she taught us all how to live, laugh, and most of all love.

This event will raise money for the Amanda Strous Flyhigh22 Foundation, a Project of The Foundation for Enhancing Communities. The purpose of the Flyhigh22 Foundation is to support Mental Health, Counseling and Art Therapy; support Women who are victims of
violence; and support those pursuing higher education in Mental Health/Counseling. 

This year the race is sponsored by Chi Sigma Iota, Upsilon Chapter.
