*All of Ellie’s yoga workshops are designed to teach participants how to implement these practices into their own yoga or exercise routines at home.
Instructor: Ellie Stambaugh (Joyful Journey Fit)
Within this workshop, you will learn self-assessment tactics to improve bodily alignment and enhance better posture. This workshop explores both Pilates and Yoga, connecting them into one “core focus” session. Using postural stretches and back strengthening exercises from each discipline, you will strengthen your core and gain the knowledge and techniques to sense spinal shifts and the key components to achieve a more aligned posture stance. Essentially you will feel refreshed as you stack your spine, feeling aligned and confident with each step each day.
Equipment needed: Yoga Mat, Pilates Ball (instructor provides for use in class), water bottle
