CVAS Kitten Shower
CHAMBERSBURG – The Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter will hold their 7th annual Kitten Shower on March 25 and 26 to prepare for the litters of kittens the shelter is “expecting” in the coming months. The shower will be held at the shelter on Letterkenny Road West from noon to 2 p.m. March 25 and from noon to 1 p.m. March 26. Fosters parents will be on hand to discuss what it means to help care for kittens until they are ready for adoption. Foster parent applications will be accepted both days. Needed supplies include: kitten formula, “miracle nipples,” Feline Pine cat litter, small litter pans and Fancy Feast canned kitten food, Snuggle Safe Pet Bed microwavable heating pads and unscented baby wipes.
