Easter Hound Hunt

CHAMBERSBURG -- The Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter will hold their fourth annual Easter Hound Hunt at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 9, at the shelter, 5051 Letterkenny Road West. Registration will be at 1 p.m. or prior to the event at cvas-pets.org. Thousands of plastic Easter eggs will be stuffed with dog treats and participants are asked to bring their dogs for the hunt. Specially marked eggs can be redeemed for prizes. Cost for participation is a minimum $5 donation to the shelter. Following the hunt, the shelter will hold an Easter bonnet contest.
