Fashion Archives and Museum of Shippensburg University's Fashion's Night Out

Please join the Fashion Archives and Museum of Shippensburg University for a night of celebration to honor historic and contemporary fashion. Fashion’s Night Out is comprised of a VIP pre-party including hors d’oeuvres and wine and a discussion with renowned fashion historian and FA&M director, Karin Bohleke, Ph.D., (Yale) as she presents the Archives' most iconic pieces. Following the pre-party, all attendees are invited to a special screening of “The September Issue,” starring Vogue America’s editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour. Ticket proceeds support the FA&M, a registered 501(c)3 partially funded by the Shippensburg University Foundation. The Fashion Archives and Museum provide cultural enrichment by focusing on the history of fashion and our society through the study of dress. In addition to its exhibits, the nonprofit lends its plethora of publications and historic garments to fashion historians, associations, and students interested in conducting academic research.
