GriefKnits Support Group, Event by Drew Michael Taylor Foundation

GriefKnits is an arts/crafts-based grief support group for adults who are grieving the death of a loved one. The group meets the 2nd Thursday of each month from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the Drew's Hope Grief Center, 946 Ashton Dr., Shippensburg, PA. Pre-registration is requested by emailing the DMTF at drewmichaeltaylor@pa.net. This is especially important so we can notify you if the group gets canceled for some reason.
Group description - Knitting has shown positive mental health benefits for grievers. Come and meet others who are grieving the death of a loved one and learn to knit or bring another craft project of your choice! Any arts/crafts that offer a positive mindset can be helpful to a griever, especially when gathering with other grievers for fellowship and support.
