Journey to Healing

Facilitated by Grane Hospice bereavement staff, Journey to Healing is a time of fellowship and support for people who have experienced a loss in their life. it is an opportunity to share your experience, if you are comfortable, and to provide comfort and caring to others in need. Journey to Healing is open to anyone who would like to attend and is free of charge.
