Kitten Shower

The Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter is expecting. Kittens, that is! CVAS will hold a kitten shower from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 14th at the shelter on Letterkenny Road West in Chambersburg. This will be akin to a baby shower but just with kittens. Kitten season is on the way and the shelter is looking for supplies to help when the little ones arrive. Needed items include dry kitten food, canned kitten food, Kitten Milk Replacer Kitten formula, Royal Canin (Kaynin) dry baby baby food – specifically for little teeth and mouths and kitten bottles. Stop by the shelter from 11 to 4 on April 14 and drop off your kitten shower gifts. You may just get a chance to see some little felines who are waiting for a forever home. CVAS is also looking for foster parents who are willing to take on litters of kittens until they are old enough to be adopted, so feel free to sign up at the shower.
