Leaders at Lunch: Resilience in Leadership

Join us for our Leaders at Lunch event as we discuss organizational resiliency with Jim Rowell of Rising Sun Consultants. We’ll also recognize three local businesses for their resiliency during the pandemic. Resilience in Leadership: This short presentation will explore what resilience is, where it comes from, and what skills support its development. Leaders will learn the personal benefits of resilience and how it effects their organizations and culture. Leaders will also discuss and learn what role they play and strategies they can use in supporting the development of resilience.
