Open House & Free Tours - The Old Courthouse
The Old Court House at the corner of King and Queen Streets in Shippensburg will be open for free tours on the 2nd Saturday of each month through November. The Old Court House formerly Widow Piper's Tavern was the site of the chartering of Cumberland County and the first sessions of Court. The building is owned and maintained by the Shippensburg Civic Club.
