Pet Blessing with a Social Justice Twist!

We are putting together two passions of St. Francis (caring for the poor and his love of God's creatures) -- and we're doing our Pet Blessing -- with a social justice twist.

Next Sunday, at both services, please bring a donation of a pet supply, which will then be blessed and offered to our guests and friends at our community meal for their beloved pets.

If you can't make it to church on the 6th and want to contribute, please drop off your donations before Sunday. There will be a collection spot in the cloister area near our sacristy door.

We won't forget our pets! There will be a prayer for them in church and you can take home a prayer card and certificate to bless them in your own home.
