Prayer Shaw Ministry Meeting - St. Andrew's Episcopal Church

Sometimes we need a physical manifestation of love to reassure us of the comfort, strength and sense of belonging we often need in our worst times. As a prayer shawl is wrapped around our shoulders, we can immediately feel blessed and cared for. We are beginning a prayer shawl ministry at St. Andrew's and we invite you to join us. We will meet on January 5th after Coffee Hour to envision our ministry, learn about the spiritual practice of creating a shawl drenched in prayer, and maybe come up with a snazzy name for our group! All of you are welcome. If you don't know how to knit but would like to learn, come to our meeting. One of us will be glad to teach you.
