This dinner is an American cuisine with a French inspiration. Chef has taken the classics from France and reimagined them to give a taste all can enjoy, and understand! With techniques of sous vide, pickling, confit, clarifying, and molecular gastronomy you are in for a treat with our first ever private tasting dinner!
Dinner is $75/person plus a 15% gratuity. 50% of the deposit is required when booking.
