SHAPE's Summer Arts Camps - Words, Words, Words: Writing Across Genres

In this week-long camp you'll participate in a writer's workshop which will introduce you to the four corners of creative writing: Poetry, Fiction, Drama/Film, and Creative Nonfiction. Through hands-on activities and various types of writing instruction, from group level to individual, you'll get your chance to build new skills and improve on talents already within you; all culminating in a multi-genre performance for your friends and family at the end of camp. 

Day 1 - Intro to Poetry
Day 2 - Into to Fiction/Prose
Day 3 - Intro to Drama/Film
Day 4 - Intro to Creative Non-Fiction
Day 5 - Putting it All together

Ages 12-18
