It's time to get the bodies moving as Amanda Courson will be hosting group fitness fun at the STCC Multi-Purpose Center (56 Cleversburg Rd, Shbg) on Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6p-7p. Each week will have a different style of fitness...Knockout, Strong Nation, or Zumba...you do NOT want miss it!
