STCC Group Fitness Fun
It's time to get the bodies moving as Amanda Courson will be hosting some group fitness fun at the STCC Multi-Purpose Center (56 Cleversburg Rd, Shbg) on Monday evenings from 6p-7p. Each week will have a different style of fitness so don't miss the variety and FUN!
