Summer Playground Registration Opens

SCPRA is offering our yearly Summer Playground Program for boys and girls ages 6-13. This program runs from 7am - 5pm Mon. - Fri. We offer late pick-up times up to 5:30pm for those parents who travel from work outside of the Shippensburg area. This 10 wk. program is scheduled to start June 4th and ends August 10th. Participants will meet at the Lion's Club Pavilion at Shippensburg Memorial Park and have a fun-filled morning of playing on the playground, group activities, and special events. After lunch, participants enjoy an afternoon at the Memorial Park Pool. During Fair Week, the program attends Kiddie Day. SCPRA is partnered with the Senior Center to allow indoor space during inclement weather. On those days, the participants will enjoy board games, dancing and if the weather clears, they have access to the newly renovated Branch Creek Children's Park. The camp is staffed by male and female instructors who run day-to-day activities. Registration is required.
