The Convention of States is a provision under Article V which allows states to call a convention in order to propose amendments to the U.S. Constitution. On April 9 we will debate the potential benefits (pros) against the potential risks (cons) of calling such a convention. This is an educational event to inform people with information from both sides in order for them to determine what they see as the risk/benefit ratio to convening a Convention of States.
