Veterans Day Flags for Heroes
The Rotary Club of Shippensburg is thrilled to present the 4th annual Flags for Heroes event for 2022. The field of 100 ten foot flags will be presented over Veterans Day, with names of local heroes.
Over the past three years, we have donated thousands in proceeds from this program to Veterans and charitable organizations, including PA Wounded Warriors, the Veterans Multi Service Center, the Shippensburg American Legion Honor Guard, Kings Kettle, the Drew Michael Taylor Foundation and more. In 2021 alone, we honored about 80 local heroes. We hope to make 2022 just as successful and to continue giving back to our heroes and community!
