World Famous Clydesdales coming through Shippensburg!

The world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales, the symbol of quality and tradition for Anheuser-Busch since 1933, are scheduled to make appearances September 5th-September 10th across Central PA.  The team will parade through Shippensburg on September 6th from 3pm - 6:00pm...weather permitting.  The 8-horse hitch team with a Dalmatian seated atop a turn of the century beer wagon will be in Central PA the week of September 5-10, 2017. The horses were a gift by August A. Busch, Jr. and Adolphus Busch to their father to celebrate the repeal of Prohibition. With an arrival time of 3:00pm, the parade starts at 3:45pm through King Street turning around at Sheetz and heading back to the staging area on Orange Street next to the District Justice office. Departure at 6:00pm with pub crawl to follow.
