Yoga with Mineca
Starting January 5th of 2021 the STCC Multi-Purpose Center (56 Cleversburg Rd., Shippensburg) will be hosting Yoga with Mineca!
Miss Mineca Wilson from My Little Studio will be offering a LIVE in-person practice as well as a LIVE Zoom-in practice every Tuesday from 7p - 8:10p.
The cost per session is $12. Cash and Venmo to Mineca-Wilson will be accepted. $6 per additional student joining via a Friend's Zoom-in.
Due to ongoing Covid concerns:
• No Mats or Blocks will be available.
• Please bring whatever you need (I have a stash of used items if anyone wants to purchase some previously-loved yoga props)
• Masks are required while not on the mat in accordance with mitigation efforts
• We will social distance during the practice.
