Paula Reed will be offering a LIVE in-person practice. Due to ongoing COVID concerns:
• No Mats or Blocks will be available.
• Please bring whatever you need.
• Masks are required while not on the mat in accordance with mitigation efforts
• We will social distance during the practice.
