CTA Manager is the Franklin County Visitors Bureau point of contact for the Franklin County Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) program, who provides an annual CTA plan of work to identify the year’s emphasis in outreach for new CTAs, training and training certifications, community engagement, communication and networking among existing CTAs, and implementation of CTAs.
