Summary of Position Kinsley is seeking experienced Pipe Foremen, Equipment Operators, and Pipelayers to support our growing Utilities crews. These positions are based out of our York, PA office, with work primarily in the Chambersburg, Greencastle, and Fairfield, PA areas. Initial training will take place in York. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in their trade and a solid understanding of underground utility work, including trenching and pipeline safety. These are full-time
