Life Enrichment Coordinator

Reporting to the Administrator, the Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the operations of the Life Enrichment department. This role ensures that residents at all levels of care are provided with engaging, meaningful programming that supports their emotional, physical, cognitive, spiritual and social well-being. This position leads the Life Enrichment team, ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in recreation or related field (Gerontology, Human Services, Psychology, Education, or other applicable therapy) OR
• Qualified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist or an Activities Professional recognized by a professional activity accrediting body after October 1, 1990, AND
• 1–2 years of experience in a social or recreational program within the past five years required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Experience in budget management preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living setting preferred.
• Current valid Pennsylvania driver’s license in good standing required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
