Project Manager

Snoke’s Excavating & Paving Inc. is a small, locally owned, construction company looking for a motivated and independent individual to be the Project Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analyzing required documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project
• Compiling and recording actual costs
• Prepare and send AIA forms & change orders
• Daily schedule of personnel and equipment
• Other misc. office duties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 2+ years experience (Preferred)
• Proficiency with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
