Customer Service/Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail and outside sales environments to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Support distributor communications and maintain product information.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication, follow-up, and excellent service.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including processing orders accurately and updating customer accounts as necessary.
• Support marketing by assisting in new release launches, product samples and promotional materials.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.Qualifications
• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced enviroment.
• Positive attitude as well as strong communication and customer service skills

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
