Line Chef/Cook/Night Manager

We are searching for an EXPERIENCED Chef/Cook to run kitchen operations for dinner at Hickory Ridge Restaurant. We are open Wednesday through Sunday. We are willing to pay “Top Dollar” for this position to the right person. Managers are currently handling dinner, but we have a busy catering season getting ready to kick off in May and want to get this position filled ASAP so that they can focus on catering. Currently, we close at 8PM so you would work a few short days and longer days Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This is flexible! Hourly pay would be $18.00-$22.00 per hour. You will also get PTO time for vacation and sick time after 30 days. We will also pay a $1500.00 sign on bonus that will be paid out in $500.00 increments over your first 6 months. We have plans to expand in several directions but need people that would like to grow with us. We are NOT looking for someone that calls off frequently, can’t get along with others, or changes jobs every 6 months. We are looking for folks that work hard and are dedicated. AND YES, you should expect to be paid and treated well if you are that type of person. (WE ARE!)
