DEFINITION This position serves as the Borough of Shippensburg’s executive officer. He / she coordinates all borough programs except public safety and administers the operation of all departments except the police department. Supervision is exercised over clerical, professional and non-professional staff responsible for the execution of assigned duties. General direction is received from the borough council.
