Project Analyst

Full job description

The Project Analyst works as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications, and to administer, organize, and support project teams. This is an office-based role with occasional hands-on support at job sites — ideal for someone self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable being a team player who's willing to jump in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Reconstruction and Mitigation Project Manager
  • Assist with daily project oversight — status monitoring, audits, work-in-progress tracking
  • Build preliminary estimates using Xactimate
  • Review and validate job site documentation
  • Partner with the project team to ensure thorough, accurate documentation start to finish
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed
  • Support job sites directly when the team needs an extra set of hands
  • Additional office tasks as assigned

Position Requirements

  • 4-year degree (new grads encouraged to apply)
  • Comfortable learning relevant computer applications and estimating software
  • Team-first mindset — willing to step outside the job description when the business needs it

Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies
This role is based in the office most days in a fast-paced environment, with occasional support at active job sites as part of the team. Requires the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance, along with standing, bending, walking, and filing as needed. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
