Structural Designer – 3D Corrugated POP Displays

We are seeking a Structural Designer to design/engineer 3D Point-of-Purchase (POP) displays for retail environments. This role is focused on structural design, engineering, and manufacturability of displays.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience creating corrugated, paperboard, and rigid display structures, understands real-world production constraints, and enjoys taking concepts from initial layout through prototype and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer 3D POP displays including floor displays, pallet displays, endcaps, sidekicks, and countertop displays
• Create structural CAD type designs, dielines, and assembly layouts for manufacturing
• Develop displays optimized for strength, stability, material efficiency, and ease of assembly
• Build and evaluate physical prototypes; revise designs based on testing and feedback
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure meet customer and manufacturing requirements
• Prepare production-ready files, specifications, and assembly instructions
• Support continuous improvement of structural standards and materials

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Structural Designer or POP Designer
• Proven experience designing corrugated, paperboard, or rigid retail displays
• Proficiency in CAD-based structural design or Adobe design software
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, die-cutting, and assembly processes
• Ability to design functional, durable displays for high-volume retail production
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for high-volume retail programs
• Familiarity with cutting tables, sample making, and prototyping workflows
• Knowledge of retail compliance requirements and pack-out considerations
• Experience working closely with production or manufacturing teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
